Overview

Alongside our Atlas Copco machines, ASD runs an Epiroc blast hole fleet made up of T45-11 top hammer crawlers and D65 down-the-hole crawlers. Between them they cover hole sizes from 89mm to 165mm, which lets us match the drilling method to the ground rather than making the ground suit the rig.

Every machine is maintained in-house to mine specification, backed by 24/7 mechanical field service support and available for wet hire with our operators or dry hire for your own crew.

Epiroc T45-11 Track Crawler

The T45-11 is a top hammer production rig built for fast, accurate drilling in medium to hard rock. With a carousel rod handling system and a compact footprint, it is well suited to tight patterns, benched quarry work and production drilling where speed between holes matters as much as penetration rate.

Epiroc D65 Track Crawler

The D65 is our down-the-hole production rig, built for larger diameters and deeper holes on big benches. High-pressure air delivery keeps penetration rates up in hard ground, and the long feed option means fewer rod changes on deep patterns.
