Overview

ASD’s blast hole fleet is built for production drilling and blasting on open pit mining and quarrying projects, with hole sizes from 76mm through to 180mm depending on the rig. Every machine is maintained by our in-house team to mine specification, and available for both wet hire (with our experienced operators) and dry hire.

D9C / F9C Crawler Surface Rig

The ROC F9 crawler delivers powerful top hammer capability at 127mm, paired with a fuel-efficient diesel engine. It’s available in single or folding boom configurations, making it a versatile choice for quarrying and construction-scale blast hole work as well as open pit production.

ROC L7 (40) Drill Rig

The ROC L7 is our high-productivity option for large-scale operations and quarries that need consistent output in demanding ground. It’s an economical alternative to larger production rigs without giving up capability.
